Rules

All games will be played to 15 points. win by two or first team to reach 20 points. 20 minute time limit. if the score is tied after 20 minutes is up, the game will go into sudden death. (first team to score wins) for the most part we will be using Gus Macker rules.  A  free throw will be given on a shooting foul, in this case the player can choose to shoot either a one point shot or a two point shot. if he or she misses the free throw, that team will remain on offense. however if the shooter chooses to go for two points and misses the shot they will forfeit the ball to the defense. YOU CAN NOT WIN A GAME BY SHOOTING A TWO POINT BASKET AT THE FOUL LINE!.  on all foul shots, a free throw the shooter can not cross the line until the ball strikes the rim. on a foul 2 point shot the shooter may land on the other side of the line. (unlike Gus Macker rules). Top mens division will be played on a full court. this court is NOT a full size court. the 3 point lines on either side of the court almost intersect.  depending on amount of teams, other age brackets can request to play on this court as it will be the featured court. the refs will explain his or her expectations at game time.

weather ; if by chance there is rain in the forcast for the 15th. there will be no refunds given. (unless there is nonstop lightning and or wildfires, in those extreme cases, we will either head indoors or entertain refunds)
